Why MonoGuide exists

Most creatine content is written for 22-year-old lifters. MonoGuide is for everyone else: women who want straight answers, people who'd rather chew a gummy than stir a scoop, and anyone building strength after 40. We cut through generic advice with audience-specific picks.

How we evaluate

We score products and formats on four things:

  1. Label transparency. Can you tell exactly what you're taking? Single-ingredient formulas with clear serving info win.
  2. Audience fit. Does this serve the person it's recommended for — their routine, their questions, their constraints?
  3. Format honesty. We say what each format gives up (gummies cost more per serving; powder needs a ritual) instead of pretending trade-offs don't exist.
  4. Value in general terms. We compare cost per serving as a ratio, not as specific prices that go stale.

What we don't do: we don't run our own lab tests, so we never invent test results. We don't prescribe doses — that's for product labels and qualified professionals. We don't make disease claims or before/after promises. And commissions never buy placement: read our affiliate disclosure.
